BEARD OIL: HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOUR BEARD AND SKIN

Choosing the right beard oil can be difficult and challenging.  In fact, you could even say that it’s a science all in itself.  We here at The Famous Beard Oil Company, will give you a rundown on what to look for when choosing the right oil for your manly mane!  If you follow these tips and guidelines, your beard and the skin underneath will love you forever!

1. Make sure you can pronounce all the ingredients:  When you do your research on choosing which one is best for you, make sure you can pronounce all the ingredients and that they are all natural.  To put it simply, if you can’t pronounce it, don’t use it.

2. Pay close attention to the carrier oils:  Carrier oils are what makes the hair and skin soft, therefore shiny, moisturizing and hydrating.  Look for beard oils using theses carrier oils as their base (some may have one or more.):  Jojoba, Grapeseed, Almond, Argan, Castor, Pumpkin Seed, Apricot, Hempseed, Safflower, Olive Oil Pomace etc.

3. Most noteworthy, make sure the company is using PURE essential oils:  Using pure essential oils is key.  These are what give your beard oils their sillage or scent.  Many of these therapeutic oils have very healthy benefits for your hair and skin.  Most of which need to be diluted in a carrier oil.  So when you do your research, double check to make sure the company is using pure essential oils. Never fragrance oils, this is especially relevant.  As you may already know, our company uses 100% pure essential oils, as well as, 100% pure carrier oils.
